Mary Ann has extensive coaching and consulting experience in a variety of industries: business services, manufacturing, not-for-profit and global clients in luxury goods, including apparel, jewelry, leather goods and home furnishings.

In 2007 Mary Ann was invited to join Columbia University Business School’s Program on Social Intelligence as a coach for their students and continues to coach MBA students in the program. She is launching a coaching program at Yeshiva University in spring 2015 for high-potential middle managers, has been a guest lecturer at Yale University’s School of Management MBA Program and taught a leadership course for several semesters at Norwalk Community College.
Recognized for her innovative and creative solutions, Mary Ann was named HR Consultant of the Year 2014 by the Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. She is on the Employer Advisory Board of TBICO (The Bridge to Independence & Career Opportunities); was a mentor with Women Unlimited for ten years; and does pro bono work with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Mary Ann is an International Career Management Fellow as certified by the Institute of Career Certification. She is certified in Leading Change and Transition Coaching by William Bridges, one of the original thought leaders in Change Management. Additionally, she is qualified in the use of a variety of organizational and individual development tools, including 360° leadership feedback.
